Notification of Decisions on Submissions and Further Submissions to Variation 6: Acacia Bay Height Restriction to the Proposed Taupo District Plan

March 07 2007 In accordance with the Clause 10(3) of the First Schedule to the Resource Management Act 1991, Taupo District Council gives notice that decisions on submissions and further submissions to Variation 6: Acacia Bay Height Restrictions, to the Taupo Proposed District Plan are now available.
 

Subsequently, Planning Maps C18 and C21 (previously 31a and 33b) of the Taupo Proposed District Plan are deemed to be amended in accordance with the decisions on submissions and further submissions to Variation 6: Acacia Bay Height Restrictions, from the date of this public notice.

Full copies of Council’s decisions on submissions and further submissions can be inspected at any of the following Council Offices:

• Taupo Public Library – Tongariro Street, Taupo
• Turangi Service Centre – Town Centre, Turangi
• Mangakino Service Centre -  Civic Centre, Rangatira Drive, Mangakino
• Or online at www.taupo.govt.nz

Any person who has made a submission or further submission on Variation 6 may appeal Council’s decision on their submission or further submission to the Environment Court.  Such appeals must be in the prescribed form and lodged with the Environment Court within 30 working days of service of the notice of decision in accordance with Clause 14 of the First schedule to the Resource Management Act 1991.
