Any person who has made a submission or further submission on any of the above Variations may appeal Council’s decision on their submission or further submission to the Environment Court.  Such appeals are to be filed with the Environment Court no later than the 2nd of November 2006 in accordance with Clause 14 of the First schedule to the Resource Management Act 1991.
