Community Grants Policy

The Community Grants Policy affirms the Taupo District Council’s commitment to the provision of Community Grants as one aspect of the Council’s overall support function within the community.

The total amount of annual funding to be allocated for the purpose of community grants will be decided upon through the Council’s Long Term Council Community Plan (LTCCP) and subsequent annual plans.

This funding will be distributed in the Taupo/Kaingaroa/Mangakino/Pouakani (TKMP) Ward; Mangakino/Pouakani (MP) Ward; and Turangi/Tongariro (TT) Ward.
