Foreshore Reserve: Waipahihi C75 Maori Reserve, Taupo, Kaiweka Point

That  the  Council confirms its policy in seeking to ensure  public access  along  and use of the foreshore from the Scout Den  to  Two Mile Bay.

That  notice  be given that the Council as a matter of policy  does not support  the reduction of the public right of way  around  the margin  of Lake Taupo or streams and rivers entering Lake Taupo  as defined under the 1926 legislation.
