Great Lake Centre: Retail Policy

That in relation to retailing in the Great Lake Centre/Tongariro North Domain:

That any proposal comply with all relevant Council Bylaws, the Building Act 1991, the District Plan, and Regulations. All other necessary consents and permits to be obtained.
That any retailing be associated with and ancillary to Conferences, Fairs, Tradeshows, Exhibitions, Conventions or similar events.
That no retailing shall occur as a stand-alone activity except with the proviso that Management retain discretion where appropriate on all conditions.
