Mangakino Waste Water Treatment Upgrade

The LTCCP 2006-2016 allocates $1.5 million to carry out additional work to the Mangakino Waste Water Treatment plant and will overcome the problems currently being experienced by improving the quality of the effluent to be filtered and disposed of through the sub surface drippers in the disposal fields on the Golf Course. Inital design brief is being worked on presently. Further information will be available once design details have been finalised.

Mangakino Transfer Station Opening Hours

The opening hours, at the Mangakino Transfer Station, are: Monday to Friday - 12.30 pm to 4 pm; weekends (including public holidays) 8.00 am to midday and 12.30 pm to 4 pm.
