Proposed exchange of reserve land at Kinloch
Introduction
Council is proposing to carry out a reserve land exchange in order to rectify a historical encroachment of private property on to public land in Irwin Place, Kinloch.
The total amount of the encroachment is approximately 40 square metres. The proposal is to swap Council reserve land (outlined in red in the image below) for an equivalent sized area of the Irwin Place property (outlined in yellow).
This exchange is the preferred option for all parties involved, but submissions objecting to this exchange can be made online here.
