Our Elected members expenses policy outlines what are deemed to be legitimate expenses that may be incurred by elected members acting in their official capacity. It was adopted on 31 May 2016.
The Remuneration Authority sets the base remuneration for all elected members of local authorities including community boards. It also sets allowances and expenses.
