Long-term Plan information sessions are headed your way
Submissions are open now for the Long-term Plan (LTP) 2021-2031 so make sure you have your say on the future of our district.
Our team, along with elected members, will be getting out and about in the community across the district to talk with you in person about the LTP and answer any questions you may have. We’re asking for feedback on a range of priorities such as the best way to fund council water supplies, the future for the council administration building, and funding for Taupō Museum and Art Gallery. We want to hear from you about any of the issues highlighted, or anything to do with the LTP such as budgets, services and projects.
The Long-term Plan (LTP) sets out our vision, key projects, initiatives and budgets for the next 10 years. With input from our communities, we develop a new LTP every three years. The LTP affects you and your whanau, so it’s important you have your say.
Submissions are open now and close on Friday, April 16, 2021 at 5pm. Find out more and have your say, head to one of the information sessions below or check out taupo.govt.nz/ltp.
More dates and locations will be announced soon so keep an eye out.
