As part of a commitment to improving the services and facilities we offer, council commissions a third party company to survey residents, ratepayers and visitors to see how satisfied they are with a wide range of our services and facilities. This information lets everyone see how well we are performing at meeting the expectations of our community.
The same survey questions are used by a large number of councils throughout New Zealand, so we can compare the results to similar districts. Satisfaction scores are also used when setting performance targets in each Long-term Plan.
2021 user satisfaction survey
Our 2021 user satisfaction survey is now open and we would love to hear your views! The survey is open for completion until July 13, 2021 and will take around 10 minutes. Completing the survey is easy, just click on the link below.
