Development contributions are fees charged for developments, to pay for the extra community and network infrastructure required as a result.
New houses, subdivisions, and commercial developments pay a contribution to enable us to provide the necessary services related to the growth demand including public infrastructure and network infrastructure such as the three waters, transport, and reserves.
