A bit about Joseph Muir (Joe)
Joe is a cloud architect who works for Using Technology Better. If you don’t know what a Cloud Architect is no worries! What Joe does is spend a lot of time immersed in creative and teaching environments, which means he’s constantly thinking outside the box and solving tech-related problems before they arise. A Taupō local, Joe wants to share his problem-solving skills and hands-on tech expertise with locals, by helping them with their own tech problems.
Please note: if your query is related to the library’s digital resources such as the catalogue, e-books, e-audio books or your online membership account you will need to talk with a library staff member.
This service is being offered in addition to the Computer Help with Seniors service (outlined below), which is currently on hold.
