Spa and Tauhara roads intersection overnight roadworks

We're giving the Spa Road/Tauhara Road intersection a bit of a refresh, with overnight works (weather dependent):

• When: 6pm Sunday 13 September to 6am Monday 14 September
• What's happening: The road surface will be removed and resealed
• Traffic impacts: The intersection will be fully closed overnight, with signed detours in place. Roads will reopen Monday 14 September at 6am.

We're carrying out this work at night to minimise disruption during busy daytime traffic periods and keep this important part of our transport network in good shape.
