Changes at AC Baths this Sunday due to planned power outage

Due to a planned power outage by Unison, there are a few changes to the AC Baths hours and facilities this Sunday 4 October.

Main Leisure pool and Outdoor Lane pool

• Open from 7am to 9am only.
• Both will then be closed for the rest of the day.

Indoor Lane pool

• Open all day.
• Inflatables will be in here from 10.30am to 3pm.

Hydroslides

• Open all day as normal.

AC Baths changing rooms

• No hot water for showers. Sorry it’s cold ones only!

Learn To Swim pool

• Open all day for ages 8 and under.

We will try to minimise the impact to the facility and our customers, however the power outage is out of our control.

The AC Baths will be open as usual for the rest of the school holidays. Taupō Events Centre is also open through the holidays and the only Rockwall closure is this Sunday 4 October.

Thank you for your understanding.
