Grab your free revived stationery

More than 6000 school stationery items have been donated by the local community for our Stationery Revive project.

Over the last few weeks, we’ve been on a mission to reduce waste by transforming unwanted stationery into good as new resources for local school and tamariki. Now, thanks to your generous donations, we’re ready to give back. We’ve refurbished books, pens, pencils, rulers, rubbers, crayons and much more. Local whānau can pick up what they need to help with the upcoming school year at the following times:

Taupō

• Friday 23 January, 10.30am – 12.30pm Taupō District Council foyer, 67 Horomātangi Street
• Friday 23 January, 3pm – 4.30pm AC Baths reception area

Tūrangi

• Monday 19 January, 12 noon – 1.30pm Tūrangi Library
• Monday 19 January, 3pm – 4.30pm Tūrangi Turtle Pools
• Saturday 24 January, 9am – 12.30pm Tūrangi Market

Mangakino

• Saturday 17 January, 10am – 12 noon Mangakino Library
• Wednesday 21 January, 12.30pm – 2.30pm Mangakino Library
• Wednesday 21 January, 4pm – 5pm Mangakino Community Pool
