The first Councillor Connect Forum is on Tuesday and we’d love you to be part of it.
Earlier this year, more than 300 people shared feedback on how they’d like to connect with Council. Councillor Connect Forums are the result – an informal, relaxed way to meet your councillors, ask questions, and talk about what matters in your community.
Come along to the first forums:
- Taupō – Tuesday 5 May, 1 to 3pm | Council Chambers - 67 Horomātangi St
- Te Papamārearea – Tuesday 12, May 5 to 7pm | Nukuhau Marae
- Taupō East Rural – Wednesday 13 May, 6 to 8pm | Wairakei School Hall
- Kinloch – Thursday 14 May, 5.30 to 7.30pm | Kinloch Hall
Wherever you’re from - you’re welcome to attend and no reservations required – just turn up on the day!
Councillor Connect Forums sit alongside Representative Group committees and co‑governance meetings - meaning there are lots of ways to connect, and you can choose what works best for you.
