AC Baths leisure and indoor lane pools temporary closures this week

The AC Baths will close some pools for essential maintenance this week:

• Tuesday 25 to Friday 28 August: Main leisure pool will be closed from 8am, reopening on Saturday 29 August.
• Tuesday 25 August: the main leisure pool will be open from 6am to 8am only for early morning swimmers.
• Thursday 27 August: Indoor 25m lane pool will be closed all day, reopening on Friday 28 August.

All other pools and facilities will be open as normal.

AC Baths is an all-weather, family-friendly pool complex thermally heated using natural hot water. Keeping it in tip-top shape for everyone means we unfortunately need to occasionally close pools for short periods. We aplogise for any inconvenience. Water will be completely drained so that the liner material can be repaired in the main pool. It will then be refilled, heated, and treated for safe use.

The pools will be fenced off while we get this important mahi done, so please be careful around the area and follow directions of all signage.
