Design your own bike helmet competition

Win a bike helmet with your own design!

Calling all creative kids! Design your own helmet and it could be brought to life by a professional artist.

Download our entry form, get arty and you could win a helmet with your design on it. The competition is open to kids and young people (aged 5 to 13 plus years old) from the Taupō District.

Entries and prizes

To enter, participants must be eligible for one of the following five age range categories as at 1 January 2026: 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13 plus years of age. There will be one winning design in each category, plus one judges choice design. A total of six winning designs will be allocated.

Each winner will receive a bike helmet with their winning design on it!
