No nominations were received for the vacancy for the Tongaririo Community Subdivision of the Turangi-Tongariro Community Board. The vacancy was a result of the resignation of Wally van der Aa. Therefore the TTCB filled the vacancy by appointment

The Turangi-Tongariro Community Board has passed a resolution confirming the Board’s intention to appoint Mr Te Takinga New to the extraordinary vacancy for the Tongariro Subdivision.
