Swimming is a survival skill for life

Swimming keeps your child’s heart and lungs healthy, increases stamina and can improve balance, posture and coordination. Swimming lessons at the Turtle Pools also provide your child with confidence which is great for their overall self-esteem. And the kids really love the fun lessons!

Class levels: For term 4 Turtle Pools is running pre-school and school age classes (see class levels section below for more details).
Class days: Weekly classes in term 4 will run every Tuesday, from 13 October to 15 December.
Lesson costs: The cost for Swim School lessons is $13.50 per child per lesson.

Browse available class times and levels and book into a class using our new online customer portal.

To make a booking, you will need to setup an account (or login to your existing account), add your child's details, choose a class and enter your payment details to confirm a booking.

Step 1 - Create an account: To get started, create an account (or login to your existing account) using your own name and contact details as the parent or caregiver.
Step 2 - Add your child's details: Add your child swimmer's details, including their date of birth.
Step 3 - Select a class: Browse class times and levels and select a class based on your child's age or ability (see class levels section below for more details)
Step 4 - Confirm payment details: You can setup fortnightly payments to spread the cost across the term, rather than paying the full amount upfront.

Once you're all setup in the customer portal you can manage your bookings, check your payment due dates and history and more!

Class levels

All Turtle Pools Swim School classes are grouped on swimming ability apart from children under five who are grouped by age.

When using the online customer portal:

For babies and toddlers between 18 months and up to five years of age, a class level will be automatically assigned when you setup an online account, so you can book into an appropriate class.
For children aged five and over, a level will not be automatically assgned to your child unless they have participated in classes in the past.

If you've setup an online account and are unable to complete a booking as your child hasn't been assigned a level (you may see the "Missing Rank" note), or you aren't sure what class level is best for your child, please get in touch with us.
