Amplify is the economic development agency for the Taupō District and exist to grow the local economy. The Amplify team leverage Taupō’s natural advantages and work with business and stakeholders to champion sustainable growth throughout the district.

Destination Great Lake Taupō (Love Taupō) is the Regional Tourism Organisation for the Taupō district. They market the Taupō region to domestic and international markets in order to increase visitor numbers, length of stay, and activity involvement and ensure that our visitors have positive experiences that they want to share with their families, friends and networks.
