We welcome new members with no joining fee required! Your membership entitles you to a free programme and assessment.

This is a 10 week programme designed to help you develop commitment as a new or current gym user where you are encouraged to work towards your personal goals. This is a specialised programme where you are supported every step of the way. The cost of the New Beginnings programme is additional to your gym membership.
The New Beginnings programme includes:
- Personal fitness assessment and personalised programme
- Nutritional plan / guidelines
- Trainer / Client one on one sessions x 6
- Individual progression follow-ups
- Individual goal setting
- Final re-assessment
- Programme overview with final results session

Bar Fit is a choreographed strength-training programme using weights and powerful music to motivate and inspire you to
achieve your fitness goals. Burn calories while building strength, toning, and defining muscles.
Strengthen your body from the inside out. Core Fit is a challenging workout, which uses resistance tubes and body weight to shape your butt and sculpt your tummy.
Indoor cycling with a beat. Spin offers an awesome mix of terrain, interval training, music and enthusiastic instructors to
guide you through your ride and leave you spinning.
Perfect for woman returning to exercise post-partum and offers a fun and supportive environment in which to work out. Mum
Fit is kid friendly; little people are welcome in their buggy’s and capsules, or can make use of our playpen and toys provided.
This 30-minute dance class is for our senior gym-goers. Follow the flow and beat of the music as you raise your heart rate and promote cardiovascular health through the art of dance. A fun work out set to music.
Have fun while getting a great workout during our one hour session which includes a 25minute warm up of your choice,
followed by a 35 minute group fitness session. Every class is designed to improve your day to day functional movements, as
well as increasing your range of motion and strength. You choose your own intensity in each session.
