One-to-One training is an exclusive programme offered to all our Fitness Studio members - to help you towards enhanced health and fitness, develop an improved lifestyle, and meet your training goals.
The programme is suitable for rehabilitation or new starters, through to people training for sports events or wanting to reach that specific goal.
- Individual assessment – to provide information to enable specific exercise prescription based on your goals
- 10 trainer/ client one on one training sessions
- Delivery of tools to allow you to achieve improved self confidence and self-motivation.
