Introduction

The Taupō Reserves and Roading Committee is asking for feedback on the granting of a new lease to Waiora Community Trust for the land and buildings located at 129 Spa Road (100 Kaimanawa Street), Taupō (Section 1 SO 59212).

Lease details

  • Initial Term: Six (6) years
  • Renewal Option: One right of renewal for a further six (6) years
  • Purpose: Continued community use by Waiora Community Trust

This approval is subject to public consultation and the approval of the Waiora Community Trust Board, as required under Part 3B of the Conservation Act 1987.
