Whakamaru Recreation Reserve to L P Martin
This licence relates to a part of the Whakamaru Reserve either side of the Whakamaru Ski Club, Pokuru Road.
Subject to the outcome of public consultation, the Mangakino-Pouākani Representative Group agrees in principle to grant a licence to LP Marton to occupy part of Whakamaru Recreation Reserve for the purpose of grazing under section 74(2) of the Reserves Act 1977, for a term of 5 years commencing 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2024, with a right of renewal for 5 years commencing 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2029.
