Northcroft Reserve upgrade
Project overview
We're upgrading Northcroft Reserve to help minimise ongoing maintenance and improve the reserve’s overall look. The work gets underway in September and the reserve will reopen in December.
The upgrade of the reserve will include:
- Footpath upgrade
- New drinking fountain
- New picnic table
- New bike racks
- New grass planting
- New water connections and irrigation to better maintain the grass.

Please note Market Central Taupō will be temporarily located at Riverside Park from Sunday 21 September until mid-December 2025 while the Northcroft Reserve upgrade is taking place. There is no market on Sunday 14 September.
