Have your say on the future of our water services

Making a submission is the most important thing you can do. We want to hear what you think of the options and also understand what your priorities are when it comes to water services, so we can take those into account as we make this significant decision.

We know you may have questions, and we’re here to help answer them.

You can make a submission from Wednesday 30 April until 4.30pm on Thursday 29 May 2025.

Community engagement events

Our team will be at several upcoming markets around the district throughout May and we'd love to see you there! Stop by the Taupō District Council marquee to have a friendly chat about water services, ask any questions you have and share your thoughts.

Sunday 4 May, 9am – 1pm: Market Central Taupō, Northcroft Reserve
Saturday 10 May, 9am – 12noon: Tūrangi market
Sunday 11 May, 9am – 1pm: Market Central Taupō, Northcroft Reserve
Saturday 17 May, 9am – 1pm: Mangakino town centre (pop-up stand outside our Customer Service Centre on Rangatira Drive)
